Numbers: plain non-negative quantities and prices with at most two decimals. Preserve SKU leading zeros. Export Excel workbooks as CSV UTF-8 first.

SKU matching is case-sensitive by default. Missing supplier records always stay unchanged.

Ignore SKU letter case when matching

A 0% threshold disables that guard. All zero proposed prices, invalid values and ambiguous matches are held for review. Gross margin calculations exclude shipping, tax and transaction fees. Sale prices are preserved; map the store sale-price column to flag conflicts.

Separate price and stock files prevent blank fields from overwriting values. For WooCommerce: Products → Import → check “Update existing products.” Map only SKU and the price or stock column. Do not import the audit report.

What is included, and how to use the files safely

This standalone application prepares files; it does not connect to a store, change inventory, convert currencies, adjust taxes or import anything. WooCommerce output requires a mapped Type column and supports existing simple products and individual variations. Stock must be managed as a numeric quantity. Variable parents, inherited stock, duplicate SKUs, unsupported types and problem rows are held for manual review.

The Generic output is a human-readable changes report. It is not a Shopify, marketplace or Hostinger import template. Consult the included user guide before importing a WooCommerce update.
